Eclectic Impact is an emerging theatre company founded by Michelle Haynes, Sarah Masson and Katie Mitchell. We aim to bring contemporary work to venues in and around Edinburgh.

Through the creative process we explore physical theatre in an alternative manner drawing on human interactions and seperating

ourselves from the traditional dance

forms. Through live performance we

aim to engage and encourage audiences

to question issues relevant to todays society.

The members of the company aim to push boundaries and take risks in the creative process. We are a responsive company who focus on devising performances that draw on material from contemporary theatrical practices and current affairs. We strive to resourcefully create visually dynamic performances in a diverse range of unconventional spaces.

Our work consists of our highly successful Edinburgh Festival Fringe debut Iron Crack
Descibed by A Younger Theatre as: “endlessly energetic”, "undeniably interesting", "widely experimental"

And Three Weeks as: “hard hitting scenes and strong performances” and "undeniably effective".

The extremely well recieved debut of our devised performance The F-Word at The Edinburgh Student Arts Festival in February 2015.

We are now working on our brand new show "Lost For Words" to be performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2015. Find out more information in our "Future Productions" section!

We are the in-house theatre company of Cabaret Voltaire where we host a regular interactive arts night called DADA Edinburgh. So far these nights have consisted of: Cabaret, Pre-Fringe Playtime, Circus, DADA with a Bang,  and many more to follow. These nights help promote artists in and around Edinburgh and facitlitate networking for collaborative and creative groups.
